The simplest way to describe Discord is that its a bunch of different chatrooms based on specific topics. It may feel a bit overwhelming at first but once you click around for 5-10 mins, you'll get the hang of it.

If you're really struggling, go into any of the chatrooms and type "@mod" followed by your question and a moderator will come and help you.
