     Psalm 147:3-6 (KJV)

He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.

Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.

The Lord lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.

As we go through life we develop many wounds that are emotional, mental, and spiritual. The trauma we experience can result in a broken heart. But one thing we should never forget is the fact that God is a healer.

He doesn’t just patch us up; He heals deeply and completely. When you’re feeling broken, remember that God is near. He binds up our wounds and heals our broken hearts.

Verse 4 tells us "He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names." Let's think about this for a second.

There are billions of stars in the universe, and God knows each one by name. If He has such intimate knowledge of the stars, how much more does He know and care for you?

Satan plants the thoughts that you are forgotten and insignificant. But God, the Creator of the universe, knows you intimately and loves you unconditionally.

Verse 5 declares, "Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite." God’s power is beyond measure, and His understanding is unlimited.

This verse reassures us that when we are overwhelmed and don’t understand what’s happening, we can trust that God does. He comprehends every detail of our lives, every fear, every joy, every sorrow.
Not only that, he is working in our lives and orchestrating everything for our good.

Verse 6 brings a beautiful promise: "The Lord lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground."
The world rewards the proud and powerful, but God lifts up the meek and humble.

Fear not, for when you’re feeling low, overlooked, or oppressed, God promises to lift you up.

All we need to do is bring our brokenness to God and trust that he will take care of it. Please remember that you are known and loved by the Creator.

Lets embrace humility, knowing that God is with us every step of the way.
    Amen!
